From a young age, we are told that a balanced diet is the key to a healthy life. But hardly anyone learns the lesson. What if we showed you how bad an unbalanced diet can be?

Regardless of whether you watched the video or not, we suggest two aspects of diet to live by:

  1. Harm, no harm: While a balanced diet is good, do not be harsh on yourself for a night of binge eating or a week of junk intake. Short-term fluctuations are human. What matters is that you get back to balance as soon as possible.

  2. Behind the curtains: If you cannot see the ill effects of an unbalanced diet, it does not mean that it is not harming you. Some ill effects can take more than a year to show but it might be too late by then. Isn’t it foolish to wait until things go wrong?
