Even after learning all this, uncertainty can still be uncomfortable. So here is your tool for the mission: 1x1 (One-by-One). It blends two things.

  1. 1-Second Rule: If you need to do something, then act on it within a second. This stops your brain from overthinking, helping you avoid any mental hurdles (like wondering if you should talk to a new person). This way, it becomes much easier to act.

  2. One More: When you are doing something, and feel like you cannot go any further, push yourself to doit one more time. You decide your one more: read one more page, walk one more minute, or call one more potential client. This helps you practice new things more, especially against the temptation to quit when things get harder.
