Achieving flow in every task is possible but it takes quite a bit of practice. And here’s the best way to practice: whatever you do, make it just a bit tougher than usual, and you will increase the chances of entering flow. Here are some examples.

When organizing wardrobe:

If you usually take 30 minutes to organize your wardrobe, try to do it in 25 minutes.

When sketching:

If you are already good at sketching flowers, try to sketch something new, like a face, or, reduce the target time to complete the sketch.

When playing chess:

If you are already good than your peers, attend other events where you can compete with new people who are just a bit better than you.

Challenge yourself outside the bubble of comfort, but just a bit tougher 😊
