Now, time for the boss fight! All the last three missions you accomplished now stand together in front of you. The bigger purpose behind this is repetition, the basic habit change tenet. Repeating the same habit multiple times makes it more likely that these habits will become second nature to you.
But what if it gets boring?
How does it matter? You’re on the long-term adventure of life, and these 21 days are just a part of it. Don’t try to label it as “good” or “bad.” Just do it! And we know for sure that you can do it, as you did earlier 😊
