In the coming days, we will learn more about a healthy diet, but the mission would just focus on reducing sugar intake. Specifically, reducing “refined sugar” from snacks.

Random snacking while watching TV, studying, or commuting feels good in the moment but not only do they increase our sugar levels, they also come at the cost of something healthy we could have eaten in a proper meal because now we would already feel full.

Let us use the power of the environment and Ulysses contract to reduce sugar consumption without making it feel like a struggle. We promise you, if you follow these steps, you have already succeeded in this mission:

  1. Take note of your usual sweet snacks. Also, if possible, note down the added sugar content in things you consider safe, e.g., fruit juice

  2. Remove all the sweet snacks from your house. If not possible, at least put them in tough to reach places

  3. On your next trip to the market, be aware of what you add to the cart. Do not buy sweet snacks, like ice cream, cookies, candies, sweet soda drinks, etc.

  4. Keep healthier alternatives, like fruits and water, in your fridge or cabinets where you used to keep sweet snacks earlier
