Even after learning all this, uncertainty can still be uncomfortable. So here is your tool for the mission: 1x1 (One-by-One). It blends two things.
1-Second Rule: If you need to do something, then act on it within a second. This stops your brain from overthinking, helping you avoid any mental hurdles (like wondering if you should talk to a new person). This way, it becomes much easier to act.
One More: When you are doing something, and feel like you cannot go any further, push yourself to do it one more time. You decide your one more: read one more page, walk one more minute, or call one more potential client. This helps you practice new things more, especially against the temptation to quit when things get harder.
Feel free to combine your Kosmik Keys and deep work with 1x1. A sample practice could look like this:
You decide to study from 6 PM to 8 PM,
As soon as it is, you repeat your Kosmik Key and jump to your deep work location within a second, and
When it is 8 PM, and you are about to close the book, push yourself to study one more page or for one more minute. Build the discipline and resilience.
