Prepare
Time for the mission. Every day, preferably before sleeping, write down three things you feel gratitude for. And as we saw, there are so many good things, that three becomes an easy target to achieve. And don’t hesitate from writing the same thing every day. It all counts! 😊
You might face in getting started though. We recommend that you decide on a journal beforehand so that there is no reason to procrastinate when the time comes. Feel free to use a physical diary to write in or the pre-packaged “Shrine of Self” in your Kosmik Garden.
P.S.: In laziness, sometimes you might feel tempted to skip writing and instead just think about your points of gratitude, but remember this: Writing slows down your thinking. This helps recall points that you would have missed otherwise. On top of this, writing creates a record of even the smallest points that you are likely to forget over time, but your journal will hold them forever.
